A school in Afghanistan
We are completing the construction of a school for children in a remote, isolated community in central Afghanistan — started by a mother's gift of her own land.

Change a child's future
Help us finish a school in Afghanistan.
In 2018, Sabar Gul donated her own land so the children of her village could one day learn in a real classroom. The community raised what it could — even chickens and goats — and construction has begun. But the money is running out.
Whatever you can give — £5, £10, £50 or more — brings these children one step closer to walking into a real classroom for the first time.

Our founder
Mir Rahimi
Born in Afghanistan, Mir moved to the UK in 2001 as a child refugee and went on to earn a master’s degree in political theory from the London School of Economics. He has worked with charities, NGOs and the United Nations supporting displaced populations — and has spoken at major global forums about the human cost of war and conflict.
